- The model never sees a raw secret. Five PII spans are tokenized before the model boundary; it works on tokens, not real names, cards, or records.
- Data leaves only where you allow it. Egress to the authorized internal sink is allowed; two off-allowlist sinks are denied automatically.
- Every step is on the record. The run ends with the hash-chained audit log intact — proof of exactly what happened, that can’t be quietly rewritten.
- It either passes or it stops. Real PII never crossed the model boundary or left to an unapproved sink — so the run reports
